What is a Newhomesale Award Winning Site?
Very good question! Our staff takes the time to review web sites submitted to us and determines if it meets certain criteria (see below). This is a site that can proudly display one of the Newhomesale Site awards because it is an above average site.

How can I get a site award?
In order to get one of the awards, you must first be listed on the NewHomeSale.com site. To add your site to our directories click here.
Once you have been added to the site you may submit your listing for an award to our staff by filling out this submission form, click here. Our staff will review your site and let you know if it qualifies. Here is a list of things that they will be looking for:
- Content - Does your site offer information
that would be found as useful to visitors?
- Quality - This includes graphics and
presentation. We understand that not everyone wants to spend thousands
of dollars on a web site but, we've seen some that are just overkill.
- Navigation - How easy is it to move
around in your site? Don't make a site that has fifty pages with only one
sentence on each page and on the other hand don't put fifty pages of information
on one page. Remember that not everyone has a fast computer.
- Common Sense - Self explanatory.
Click here to submit your site for an award. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for your site to be reviewed. You will be notified if your site qualifies as a Gold Site. If you have submitted your site before and you didn't qualify, please do not resubmit it if you have not made any changes.
